Different levels of command viz company commander in Operation Pawan Sri Lanka, Regiment in Operation Parakram in Rajasthan, Chief Engineer of Corps in Sikkim, Infantry Brigade (in Pathankot) and General Officer Commanding, Counter Insurgency Force in Jammu & Kashmir involved in Counter terrorist Operations.

* Brigadier personnel in HQ Assam Rifles Shillong. * Brigadier Q 12 Corps in the deserts of Rajasthan. * Strategic Forces Command (Director Technical). * Colonel General Staff Uniform Force In J & K. * HQ an Infantry Division (as Assistant Quarter Master General) during Kargil Operations.
* Teaching/ Research. Faculty to train Bhutan Army in Bhutan in subjects ranging from tactics, strategic planning, operations, administration and leadership.
